Refund & Return Policy

At Toor India, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund and return policy for all our customers. Please read the following terms carefully:

  • Booking Cancellation: Cancellations must be made before the booking cut-off date to be eligible for a full refund (excluding platform and payment gateway fees).
  • Post Cut-Off Date: If the cancellation is requested after the cut-off date but before 12 hours of boarding time, a 50% refund will be provided (excluding non-refundable services and fees).
  • Pre-Booked Services: Amounts paid for pre-booked services (such as train tickets, hotel rooms, bus tickets, or partner bookings) are non-refundable unless our partners provide a refund. This is subject to the specific package and service conditions.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled boarding time.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Platform fees and payment gateway fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Bookings: If cancelling for one or more persons in a group booking, the same conditions apply as above.
  • Rescheduling: In certain cases, we may offer to reschedule your booking. If you are not comfortable with the rescheduled dates, a full refund may be provided, subject to package and partner conditions.
  • Refund Process: Refunds can be requested via our website, by email at support@toorindia.com, or by calling our customer support. Refunds are processed within 4 business working days.
