• Account Suspension & Content Removal: We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content (including reviews and comments) if illegal activities, abuse, or inappropriate behavior is identified. Misbehavior during trips may result in immediate removal from the trip and further legal action.
• Service Use: You must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any content.
• Travel Risks: Travel involves inherent risks. Toor India is not liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience resulting from your use of our services or third-party services.
• Bookings & Payments: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking and in our Refund & Return Policy.
• Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and materials on this site are the property of Toor India or its licensors.
• Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
